Zinc plating trivalent chrome "TR175"

We propose environmentally friendly zinc plating with rust prevention capabilities! We can also accommodate domestic hexavalent colored, green, and black chromate options.

We would like to introduce our trivalent chromate zinc plating product, 'TR175'. Its corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and tightening torque coefficient are almost equivalent to those of conventional hexavalent chromium colored chromate, making it a mainstream choice for current zinc plating. Additionally, because it does not contain silica, it provides good adhesion as a base for painting, and we also offer "YFA," which serves as a base for various composite treatments. 【Features】 ■ Corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and tightening torque coefficient are almost equivalent to conventional hexavalent chromium colored chromate ■ It has become a mainstream choice for current zinc plating ■ Trivalent black chromate is also available ■ We can also accommodate domestic hexavalent colored, green, and black chromate *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Zinc-nickel alloy plating (zinc alloy) trivalent chromate

Nickel content is 7-11%! It has superior functionality, especially corrosion resistance, compared to zinc plating.

This product features an alloy electroplating of zinc and nickel (zinc-nickel plating), containing 7-11% nickel, which provides a high level of heat and corrosion resistance that cannot be achieved with conventional zinc plating. Due to its excellent heat resistance, it is suitable for corrosion protection of engine peripheral components, and it has high coating hardness, making it resistant to scratches and extremely low hydrogen embrittlement. Additionally, as a topcoat, it can be treated with trivalent chromate + K coat (commonly known as stain coat) to achieve an appearance close to stainless steel, or after zinc-nickel treatment, it is possible to apply coatings such as Geomet without chromate, resulting in even better corrosion resistance. 【Features】 - Contains 7-11% nickel - Provides high-level heat and corrosion resistance not achievable with conventional zinc plating - Suitable for corrosion protection of engine peripheral components due to excellent heat resistance - High coating hardness, scratch-resistant, and extremely low hydrogen embrittlement *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
